    To overcome negative habits, view each day as if it were the first day of your life. Yesterday you may have had difficulties dealing with a situation, but today perhaps things will go better. Yesterday you might have felt discouraged, but today things may turn around. Yesterday you could not overcome some of your faults, but perhaps today you will succeed.

    Whatever can be done, can be done more effectively when you add kindness to it. Whatever is said, becomes much more convincing when expressed with genuine kindness ~~~

    The kindness in just one moment can have a positive impact that lasts for years and years. Kindness is a gift that keeps giving for a lifetime. Kindness is not complicated, and it comes naturally when you open your heart to life. Kindness brings new light and hope to the darkest of days.

    Act with kindness, and you will have no regrets. Kindness is an easy, modest investment that pays generous dividends in the sense of fulfillment it brings. Kindness dissolves the pain and speeds the healing. When logic and reason say there is no hope, kindness can pave the way forward.

    This day will be brighter when you add kindness to it. Choose kindness, and you're truly choosing to live in a better world.

    Sharing this article about dancing and health… Dancing is a great way to build physical activity into our lives. Moving to music stimulates the senses - sight, sound and touch - it's great fun and it's good for our bodies and minds.  Dancing will improve the condition of the heart and lungs, as well as test our balance. In conclusion, dancing is good for your body, your bones & joints, your mind, help to loose those fats & also lifts up your mood!!

    People who sleep fewer than six hours a night or more than nine are more likely to be obese. This is according to a new study released on 8 May 2008. We probably have read other similar studies. So which study is speaking the truth? The question is - are we sleeping well? What is the best position for sleeping?

     

    According to a Wellness article - the best way to sleep is on your side with your knees bent. You may put a pillow under your head to support your neck. You may also put a pillow between your knees. I have tried and it helps. See if you can achieve 'quality' rest in this sleeping posture!

    Some of your efforts will bring valuable results. Other efforts will bring valuable experience.

     

    No effort is wasted when you choose to value it. Everything you do serves to eventually move you forward. Anticipate what might go wrong and take steps to avoid those things. But don't make the mistake of avoiding action altogether just because there might be problems. When the goal is worthy and meaningful, get busy and make it happen. Focus on the end result, expect the best, and make the commitment to deal with any obstacles that might arise.

     

    Sure, it's easy to compile a list of excuses for not taking action. But that will get you precisely nowhere. Though you know it won't always be easy going, take bold steps forward anyway. Be willing to meet the resistance that you know will come, and to work your way through, and real achievement is surely yours.

    To spend a certain amount of time working with people at a job that benefits others, in which our personal pleasure and profit are not at all involved, nourishes both us and the people we help. It helps them directly, but it helps us indirectly, by enabling us to realize that we are a part of life and have a contribution to make.

    Today, there are so many places where help is needed. Open the daily paper – the news speaks for itself. I cannot imagine any human being who has love in his heart not trying to think of ways to make some contribution to the world. We needn’t work on a large scale. The important thing is that each of us give some time to working for a selfless cause. It’s good for the world, and it’s good for us.
